In Yamanashi Prefecture, stewed offal typically uses horse meat.We use fresh horse offal sourced from a butcher in Yamanashi Prefecture and carefully prepare it over a period of eight hours.There are two types, white and red, each made with rich red miso and refreshing white miso.The miso used is carefully selected from a miso specialty store in Kameido, and goes perfectly with alcohol.
